Wumya Napari, an octogenarian from Sukaya in the Gushegu District of the Northern region, was branded a witch and forced to leave her family and community to go and live at the Kpatinga Witches’ Camp. She experienced mental health problems due to the hardships she endured. Wumya was finally reunited with her family after over a decade-stay at the camp.
